  2. 1 cup kabuli chana(chole)soaked overnight
  3. 4-5 garlic pods
  4. 1/2 cup fresh coriander leaves

  9. 1/2 cup refined flour (maida)

Instructions to make Grilled Falafel Wraps

  1. First soak Kabuli chana overnight with enough water.
  2. Pass the soaked chana through colander. Discard water.
  3. Add chana, garlic, black pepper powder, coriander leaves,.green chillies in a blender and grind it coarse, without adding water.
  4. Take out the mixture in a bowl. Add salt to taste and make small equal size balls.
  5. Deep fry these falafel balls in an oil on over a medium flame, till crisp and golden in colour.
  6. For preparing wraps, prepare a soft dough with wheat flour, refined flour, salt and oil. Keep it covered for 10 minutes.
  7. Divide the dough in equal size portions. Keep a tawa to heat and make small and thin chapati/roti rolling the dough.
  8. Make chapati and keep aside.
  9. Now to make a wrap, take one chapati. Smear it generously with mayonnaise. Keep falafel balls arranging in the center of the chapati. Put some green coriander mint chutney over the falafel balls.Now add some thinly sliced capsicum, onion and tomatoes. Now make a tight roll wrapping all the things together.
  10. Keep this wrap in a grill for a minute ot two. If you want you can smear the wraps with butter or oil and then grill.
  11. Wrap the warm grilled wraps in an aluminium foil. Serve immediately with green coriander mint chutney ot tomato ketchup.
  12. Enjoy this hot delicious wraps in rains.
