  2. 1/2 cup hung curd
  3. 1 tsp salt
  4. 1 tbsp corn flour
  5. For Orange Colour Dip
  6. 2 tbsp dry paneer tikka masala (premix)
  7. 2 tbsp hung curd mix
  8. For White Colour Dip
  9. 1 tbsp butter
  10. 1 tbsp malai
  11. 1 tsp white pepper powder
  12. 2 tbsp hung curd mix
  13. For green colour dip
  14. 8 spinach leaves
  15. leaves Fistful corainder
  16. 2 pieces spicy green chillies
  17. 1 " ginger piece
  18. 2 tbsp hung curd mix
  19. 4 square onion pieces
  20. 4 tomato square pieces
  21. 4 green capsicum pieces
  22. 1 tbsp oil for drizzle
  23. Chat masala to taste as required

Instructions to make Tricolour Grilled Paneer Tikka (Airfryer)

  1. Deforst if taking frozen paneer. Chopped paneer block into 12 chunk pieces as shown.
  2. In container add hung curd, salt and corn flour. Mix well to make smooth paste. Keep aside.
  3. To Prepare green dip for marination. In mixer jar add spinach leaves, corainder leaves, green chillies ginger, salt and lemon juice. Grind to smooth paste. Transfer it in container. Add hung curd mix well.
  4. Add 4 paneer pieces and 4 green capsicum pieces. Mix well and keep aside for 30 minutes to marinate.
  5. In prepare white dip for marination. In container add butter, malai and white pepper powder. Mix well. Add hung curd and mix well.
  6. Add 4 paneer pieces and 4 onion pieces. Mix well and keep aside for 30 minutes to marinate.
  7. For making orange dip for marination.. in container add dry paneer tikka masala premix powder(I have use Rasoi Magic Premix). Add hung curd. Mix well.
  8. Add 4 paneer pieces and 4 tomato square pieces. Mix well and keep aside for 30 minutes to marinate.
  9. Now take one stick, insert marinated green dip paneer piece, then capsicum, repeat with remaining paneer and capsicum pieces in same order.
    In second stick insert marinated white dip paneer piece, onion piece, repeat with remaining paneer and onion pieces in same order.
    In another stick insert marinated orange dip paneer piece, tomato piece, repeat with remaining paneer and tomato pieces in same order.
  10. Preheat Airfryer for 5 minutes. Place aluminium foil on Airfryer tray. On it
    placed all prepared marinated paneer+ veggies sticks. Grill on 180 for 5 -7 minutes..turn/ flip sticks and grill for 5 -7 minutes again repeat this process when all sides are brown/ grilled. Sprinkle chat masala and serve hot.
  11. Serve/ Relish Delicious Hot Tricolour Paneer Tikka as Starter/ Appetizer.
