    -Maggi
    -Onga

    Grind all ingredients into powder and store in an airtight container, serve with rice and beans,jelif rice etc
  2. Yajin Daddawa(locust beans)
    -Daddawa(locust beans)
    -Barkono
    -Ginger
    -Cloves (kanumfari)
    -Black pepper (masoro)
    -Salt
    -Maggi


    Grind all ingredients into powder and store in an airtight container.Serve with Miyar kuka,karkashi,kubewa,jelof rice.
  3. Yajin Nama

    -Barkono
    -Ginger
    -Kimba
    -Kilishi/Dambun nama
    -cloves
    -Salt
    -Maggi
    -Onga

    Grind all ingredients into powder and store in an airtight container.Serve with Rice,pasta etc
  4. Yajin Kifi

    -Barkono
    -Ginger
    -Dried fish(tsoka zalla)
    -Dried Onions
    -Kimba
    -Salt
    -Maggi
    -Onga

    Grind all ingredients into powder and store in an airtight container.
  5. Yajin Cin Gashin Nama/kifi.

    -Barkono
    -Kuli-kuli
    -Ginger
    -Kimba
    -Curry powder
    -Dried Onion
    -Salt
    -Maggi
    -Onga

    Grind all ingredients into powder and store in an airtight container.
