- In a bowl add hung curd,add mayonnaise,add garlic paste,add black pepper powder,add salt mix it well properly.Garlic dip is ready.
- Now another bowl add red chill powder,add garlic powder,add black salt,add powdered sugar,add cinnemon powder,add oregano,and add ginger powder mix well to make peri peri masala.
- Now take a pan add tomato,add sweet corn,add onion,add peas,add coriander,add ginger garlic paste,add green chilli,add salt and add peri peri masala mix well.stuffing is ready.
- Now take 2 bread slices and on one spread garlic dip and butter on the other.and now spread peri peri stuffing.grate the cheese over the stuffing.cover with the other slice of bread.cook and grill on one side while applying pressure,apply butter on both sides.cook and grill other sides to make sandwich more crispy and golden.now cut the bread into triangle.
