- First step mix gram flour, baking powder,citric acid together
- Second step mix water,salt,sugar1/4tsp together
- Third mix first and second step

- in one direction to make a smooth paste
- Don't use mango cubes in this mixture
- Leave it for 30 minutes rest
- After it add baking soda and whisk
- Then pour the mixture in greased tin & steam it in the steamer
- For 25mins.on lower flame and after it check it with the fork,if
- the fork comes out clean,it means
- Dokla is ready.Rest it for 15 mins
- Demould it and cut it from center
- Apply mango cubes, cumin powder and chat masala to it
- Then grilled the dhokla,till turn into golden colour
- Sugar syrup for tempering:
- 1 .Heat up oil in a tadka pan,add mustard seeds and let crackle
- 2 .Add curry leaves, chopped chillies,sugar, lemon juice,salt to
- taste,water and then mix everything together with mango pulp
- Sugar syrup is ready for tempting
- Sprinkle coriander leaves and chopped mango cubes on dokla
- and temper it with sugar syrup
- Grilled mango dhokla is ready
- Serve it with minty mango dip
