  8. 1/2 cup chopped onion
  9. 1/2 cup green peas
  10. 1/2 Cup capsicum
  11. 1/2 cup carrot
  12. as per taste Salt
  13. 1/2 tsp black pepper
  14. 1/4 tbsp jeera powder
  15. 1/4 tbsp dhania powder
  16. 1/4 tsp chat masala (optional)
  17. 1 tbsp pav bhaji masala/ Maggi Masala
  18. 1/2 lemon juice
  19. 1 tsp sesame seed to garnish
  20. as required Coriander leaves to garnish
  21. as per taste Red chilli powder (optional)
  22. As needed Water while cooking

  1. Rinse quinoa very well a few times, rinse under running water to remove the bitter component.
    Or you can boil them for about 5-8 min, drain the water and keep it aside and the use it.
  2. Then take a pan,pour in some olive oil, onions, green chilli and give cook until the onions become tender.
  3. Then add in Jeera/ cumin seeds, corrot, capsicum, green peas and give it a good stir
  4. Then add salt as/ taste, dhania powder, Red chilli powder (optional)
  5. Then add roasted jeera powder, pav bhaji masala or you can use biryani masala.
  6. Now add boiled quinoa, 1 glass water and cover it with a lid
  7. Garnish some sesame seeds or coriander leaves.
    Squeeze the lemon and it's ready.
    Note- Yoh can decorate it with some roasted paneer/ tofu sticks to make it healthy
  8. Enjoy it in your breakfast, meal or dinner.
