- 1 tablespoon butter

- 1 capsicum cut in roundels or long strips
- 1 teaspoon crushed black pepper
- 1 teaspoon tomato paste
- 1 pinch brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon chicken masala
- 1 cup Amul cream
- to taste salt

- Pat the chicken pieces dry to remove excess water. Place the chicken in a large bowl. now put everything mentioned under marination and mix to combine well with chicken pieces.

- Now marinate chicken breasts (cut in half, length wise) for at least 2 hours.

- I grilled chicken pieces in a non-stick pan. Place the chicken pieces on the grill, being careful not to overlap them. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, until the juices run clear.
