- 1 small chopped onion
- 1 small chopped tomato
- 1 tsp chaat Masala

- In mixing bowl take all-purpose flour,wheat flour add salt and mix well add water and knead nicely make soft dough spread oil on dough and cover with cloth for next half and hour

- Put roasted chicken in red masala and mix till all masala coated with chicken propely add 1 tsp vinegar



- Heat pan put 1 tbsp oil put egg add 1 pinch salt and keep roti on it and grill from both site till cook fully.do same procedure with all rotis done by you



- Cook nicely



- Take egg roti fill chicken batter in middle side spread chopped onion,chopped tomato sprinkle chat masala,spread cheez and roll it
