- 6-8 leg pieces of chicken
- to taste Salt
- as required Juice of 2 lime
- 2 tbsp ginger paste
- 2 tbsp garlic paste
- 1 tbsp red chilli Powder or to taste
- 1 tsp black pepper powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 2 tbsp tikka masala
- 2 pinch Tandoori or orange food colour(optional)
- 3-4 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp garam masala powder
- 2 sliced tomatoes for salad
- 1 sliced onion for salad
- 1-2 lemon
- 1 bowl mix salad
- 2-3 sliced cucumber
- 2 sliced carrot for salad
- 2-3 green chillies for salad (optional)

- Thoroughly wash and clean all the chicken pieces and full chicken and pat dry them. Then take the whole chicken and make 4 deep gashes on each side of the breast and 3 gashes on each side of the legs. Then take juice of lime add 1/2 tsp salt to it and gently massage on all the chicken pieces and full chicken and keep it aside for 15-20 minutes. By this step all the smell of chicken will go away and the meat will become quiet tender.


- Now let's prepare the spice mix for that in a bowl add all the spices along with ginger and garlic paste and juice of a lime along with oil and mix very well.
