  3. Cover the Tupperware bowl and set a side for 4-5 hours
  4. Slice the onion and garlic cloves into strips
  5. Place foil on a oven try, add the marinated chicken on top of the foil
  6. Insert onion and garlic strips in and around the chicken
  7. Wrap/ Cover the chicken in foil. Let it grill in the oven for 45/50 min 180°C on bottom heat
  8. Once that's done open up the foil, return the chicken back into the oven and grill it for another 5 min on 100°C
  9. Then it's really to eat ☺️yum yum!!
