  3. 1 & ½ tsp Paprika powder
  4. 1/2 tsp Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder)
  5. ½ tsp or to taste Namak (Salt)
  6. 1/2 tbsp Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste)
  7. 1 tbsp Dried or Fresh parsley chopped
  8. 1 ½ tbsp )Soy sauce
  9. 1 tbsp Sirka (Vinegar)
  10. 300 gms Chicken fillets
  11. 1-2 tbsp Cooking oil
  12. 1/2 tbsp Cheeni (Sugar)
  13. Prepare Sizzling Sauce:
  14. 2 tbs Makhan (Butter)
  15. 1 tbs Pizza Sauce(Can be avoided)
  16. 2 tbs Lehsan (Garlic) chopped
  17. 1/2 tbs Corn flour1 &
  18. 1 tbs Chilli Garlic paste
  19. 1/2 tsp Soya Sauce
  20. ¼ tsp or to taste Namak (Salt
  21. 1/4 Cup Chili garlic sauce
  22. 1 Cup or as require Chicken yakhni (Chicken stock)
  23. Prepare Vegetables:(This case be modified with your available choice of vegetables)
  24. 2 tbs Cooking oil
  25. 1 tbsp Hara pyaz (Green onion) leaves chopped
  26. 1 tbs corns
  27. 1/2 Cup Gajar (Carrot) julienne
  28. 1/2 Cup green bell pepper julienne
  29. 1/4 cup Red bell pepperjulienne
  30. 1/2 Cup Red bell pepper julienne
  31. ½ tsp or to taste Namak (Salt)
  32. 1/2 tsp Lal mirch (Red chili) crushed
  33. 1/4 cup Grated carrot

Steps to make Hakka Noodles and Grilled Chicken Sizzler

  1. Prepare Noodles
    -Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a non-stick pan.
    Add ½ tablespoon chopped ginger and 1 tablespoon chopped garlic,2, tablespoons of Julienned carrots,2 tablespoons of capsicum, 2 tablespoons of cabbage
    Mix and sauté for 30 seconds.
    Add noodles and toss to mix. Add 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 teaspoon chilli flakes, crushed peppercorns,a pinch of sugar and some of the spring onion greens and toss to mix. Add salt and mix well..
  2. Prepare Grilled Chicken:
    -In bowl,add sugar,paprika powder,black pepper powder,salt,ginger garlic paste,fresh or dried parsley, soy sauce,vinegar and mix well.
    -Add chicken fillets,mix well and marinate for 1 hour.
    -In grill pan,add cooking oil and marinated chicken fillets,grill on low flame from both sides until done (approx. 7-10 minutes each side).
  3. Prepare Sizzling Sauce:
    -In sauce pan,add butter and let it melt.
    -Add onion,garlic and mix well.
    -Add all-purpose flour and mix well for 1 minute.
    -Add soy sauce,black pepper powder,salt,chili garlic sauce and mix well.
    -Add chicken stock,whisk until well combined and cook for 2-3 minutes or until sauce thickens & set aside.
  4. Prepare Vegetables:
    -In wok,add cooking oil,green onion leaves and mix well.
    -Add fresh parsley and mix.
    -Add the remaining carrots,yellow bell pepper,capsicum,red bell pepper,salt,red chili crushed,mix well and stir fry for 1 minute & set aside.
  5. Assembling:
    -Heat sizzler pan,add butter,Noodles,stir fried vegetables,chicken fillet,prepared sizzling sauce & serve!
