- Pour in about half a jug of water, stir some more, allow to boil. Add salt, crumbled the stock cubes in and now add the Grilled fish... at this stage, add the Dried garlic, give a good stir. Cover the pot, on medium heat allow to cook till the Stew thickens.
- Now is the time, to add all the vegetables, I as added chopped carrots, Sliced Ugwu leaves and a small handful of curry leaves, shake the pot as and remove from heat.
