  1. Cut onions in quarters and collect each layer, you will have the onion petals. Keep aside.
  2. Cut the capsicum and deseeded them. Cut them in quarters. Keep aside.
  3. Cut the tomato into cubes. Keep aside.
  4. In a large mixing bowl add the hung curd, red chili powder, coriander powder, salt, turmeric powder, black pepper powder, lemon juice, chaat masala, roasted cumin powder, ginger garlic paste, garam masala, gram flour. Mix well.
  5. Cut paneer into cubes. Add them to the mixing bowl. Add the onions, tomatoes, capsicum, and tomatoes into that bowl. Mix everything well.
