  13. 2 tbsp Soya sauce -
  14. 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder

  16. 1 tbsp Tomato puree
  17. 1 tbsp Oil
  18. 1/2 tbsp Honey
  19. 1 tsp Corn flour
  20. 1/2 cup Water + 1 tbsp Maggi magic masala

Instructions to make Pan Grilled Paneer with Pepper Sauce

  1. Mix all the ingredients of the marinade. Marinate the paneer slices for 15 minutes.Mix corn flour and little water to make a lump free paste. Meanwhile let us prepare the pepper sauce.
  2. Heat Half cup water, add Maggi Magic masala (1 tbsp), mix and heat in microwave for 30 seconds. Keep aside
  3. In a pan heat oil, add in the minced garlic and chopped onion. Saute, till little brown. Add in the tomato puree and cook. Add a tbsp of water, so that the onion, garlic and tomato puree is well combined. Add black pepper powder and prepared water. Cook for 5 minutes. Switch off the gas and cool the sauce. Give a quick churn to it in mixi er till you get a creamy light brown sauce. Switch on the gas again and add the corn flour paste.
  4. Continously stir till sauce becomes creamy. Add salt and honey as required. Serve it with grilled paneer. For that, take a grilled pan, brush oil in the pan. Pick each piece of paneer, and grill it on medium flame on both sides. Spinkle sesame seeds on it, arrange it with wooden squears and serve hot with pepper sauce.,onions slices and lemon.
