  1. In a mixing bowl add yoghurt with spices mix it and add chicken strips give a good mix
  2. Heat a grill pan add 1 tsp oil and place the chicken strips.cook on medium high heat for 3 to 4 minutes each sides.keep aside
  3. For tahini sauce add all ingredients in a blender and blend properly. (I used mortar & pestle because of power failure)😂 keep aside.
  4. Cut all the veggies
  5. Now grill your pita bread
  6. Spread some sauce on bread then place grilled chicken and veggies.Top with sauce.wrap in a butter paper or serve like shawarma platter.
  7. I like this style of presenting shawarma.😍You can serve in your favourite style.
  8. Serve with sauce and veggies.😋
