- 2 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup carrot julienne
- 1/2 cup boiled potato pieces
- 1 small tomato finely chopped
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 stalk curry leaves
- 1 tsp green ginger paste
- Salt to taste as required
- 1 tsp corainder cumin seeds powder
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Finely chopped green corainder leaves to garnish
Instructions to make Cabbage-Carrot-Potato Stir-fry
- Chopped all mentioned veggies. In cooking pan add heat oil, temper with mustard seeds cumin seeds as splutter add asafoetida tumeric powder, curry leaves and green chilli ginger paste. Saute for 30 seconds.

- Add chopped carrot julienne saute for 2 minutes. Add shredded cabbage, tomato and potato pieces. Add and mix salt and red chilli powder, corainder seeds cumin seeds powder, lemon juice. Mix well. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
