I love this Quick, Easy and Healthy Sandwich. My version is simple and quick to make but yet delicious.
It'ss my favourite since childhood till now for breakfast and for school tiffin. Granny used to make it often for us and grill it in cooktop toaster and sometimes dip it in Chickpea flour/ Besan batter and fry it ....for healthy option I like this way....sometimes as per availability she used to add other vegetables too like beetroot, carrot and peas.
We used to enjoy this with mint chutney, coriander mint chutney and sometimes with tomato sauce and chilli sauce whatever was available when it was made.
