Ingredients and spices that need to be Prepare to make Paneer Tikka:
- 1/4 cup besan
- 1 cup hung curd
- 1 cup capsicum cubes
- 1 cup onion cubes
- 1 cup paneer cubes
- 2 tsp mustard oil
- 2 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp black pepper powder
- 1/2 tsp chat masala
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp green chilli paste
- Salt to taste
- Oil to grill
Instructions to make Paneer Tikka
- Take a kadai, add mustard oil, saute besan till aroma comes out. Stir continuously. Turn off gas. Transfer in a bowl. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, black pepper powder, lemon juice, chat masala, salt, ginger chilli garlic paste. Mix well. Now add hung curd. Mix well.

- Add onions, capsicum and paneer in mixture. Coat well to marinate.Keep aside for 30 minutes.



- Now grill it in a pan. It can be direct on pan or in skewers. Here first i grilled directly on pan, as i have no long skewers. So heat grill pan, apply oil, put onion, capsicum, paneer pieces in batches. Grill both sides, till burnt effects turns out.



- Now arrange in toothpick, in any manner. Sprinkle chat masala to enhance taste more. Serve with any dip or sauce. Enjoy.
