- Keep the pomfret whole, but cut off the fine & tail & clean all the innards.Wash & drain the pomfrets.
- Make a few deep incisions on both sides of the fish.
- Mix the lime juice with other ingredients listed under 1st marinade.
- Rub this marinade onto the fish
- Prepare the 2and marinade in a large bowl as follows.Beat the egg lightly & add the curd to it.
