  4. Thoroughly mix the Hilsa slices in the paste so as to cover them in it and keep in the refrigerator for 30 mts to marinate
  5. Preheat oven to 200 degree temperature
  6. Place the marinated hilsa on a baking tray and place remaining green chilies on top
  7. Add remaining mustard oil on top of the marinated pieces
  8. Grill under convection for 20 minutes at 180 degree temperature
  9. Take out & serve hot
