  11. 1/2 tsp Chaat masala

  13. 2 tsp mustard oil
  14. 1 slice onion
  15. Handful Chopped coriander
  16. 1 tsp Dry fenugreek

Steps to make Grilled chicken

  1. Take a bowl put the chicken into it add Ginger garlic paste and pour lemon juice, mix it well and keep aside for 10 min, this is our marination.
  2. Take another bowl add curd and mix it well now add besan and all dry ingredients like chilli, haldi, Coriander, garam masala etc and mix it very well.
  3. Now add our marinated chicken into this marination and add mustard oil, salt and dry Kasuri meth, mix all ingredients well and keep it aside for another 15 min.
  4. Now set your microwave in grilled mode and place your marinated chicken into it, upside grilled for 15 min now flip the chicken and spray some oil, again grill for 15 mins.
  5. Your grilled chicken is now ready to eat, if you want more crispy then grill it a little more upside down.
  6. Now serve it with chopped coriander and slice onion.
