  1. Wash and pat dry the chicken thoroughly and cut it into half inch thick slices and keep it aside. Now in a big bowl add the yoghurt and beat it to make it smooth then add oil to it and mix very well until well incorporated. You can use any oil but olive oil boost and enhance the taste. Then add ginger and garlic paste and all the powdered spices and give it a good mix and the marinade is ready.

  4. I use to cut the potatoes just like french fries and coat it in the left over marinade and spread it on the baking tray and cook it along with the chicken. Once done take it out cool it down a bit then start shredding it from all the sides upside-down just like done in the restaurants. Then take a pita bread either homemade or store bought or even a tortilla cut it in half and then open it. It will look just like a pocket then add mayonnaise in it followed by shredded chicken.
  5. Then some salad then sauces again some chicken and sauces. You can use salad of your choice and assemble the way you want. You can even put all the things in the pita bread and roll it also.
