- 210 ml Reconstituted powdered milk (210 ml water + 15 g skimmed milk powder)
- 30 grams Butter
- 20 grams Sugar
- 5 grams Salt
- 3 grams Dry yeast

- Put all the ingredients except for the butter in your bread maker and press start. After 5 minutes add the butter. Leave the first rise to your bread maker.

- Roll the dough balls from step 2 again to remove any air, and place on a baking pan with the seams facing down.
