- 2 tablespoon rice flour
- 3/4 cup bread crumbs or as required
- Oil for frying
Steps to make Corn kabab
- Crush 1 cup boiled American corn kernels coarsely in mixer grinder and keep remaining 1/2 cup as it is.
- In a mixing bowl take crushed corn kernels and remaining whole boiled corn kernels. Add boiled and mashed potatoes. Add chopped onion, capsicum, coriander leaves and pudina leaves. Add salt, chat masala, chili ginger garlic paste, black pepper powder, roasted cumin seeds powder, garam masala and lemon juice.

- Add rice flour and breadcrumbs. Combine all ingredients well. Mixture should not be soggy. Adjust breadcrumbs as required.

- Take some portion and give cylindrical shape. Insrt stick or skewer and press with hand. Prepare all kabab like this.

- Cook all sides with oil on grill pan until golden brown. Sprinkle some chatmasala. (You can give shape of your choice and deep fry too). Delicious corn kabab is ready to serve.
