- In a bowl take flour and add salt to taste, knead a semi soft dough with water, apply oil and keep aside for 10 mins
- In a bowl take crumbled paneer, add all dry masalas, chopped green chillies and chopped coriander leaves
- Mix the paneer mixture properly and keep aside
- Divide the dough in equal parts 4-5
- Take one part and roll a small chapati, apply some oil or ghee and keep the paneer filling in middle.
- Fold the edges as you fold a handkerchief so that it takes square shape and roll carefully.
- Heat a grill pan or tawa and roast the paratha flipping so that both the sides are nicely cooked, apply ghee generously on both the sides.



- Remove from pan when its done. Repeat for remaining dough.
