- 3 tbsp eggless mayonnaise
- 1.5 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup carrot grated

- 1 green chilli

- In a mixing bowl, add grated carrot, finely chopped onion,spring onion, tomato and chopped coriander.Other vegetables of choice like cabbage,sweet corn,cucumber etc may be added.
